Finding Khidr in Medina, oil on wood, custom framed to 10 x 12 inches.
This is my Islamic take on Where’s Waldo. If you look closely, you can spot Khidr (swipe left to see), the enigmatic and elusive Qur’anic figure who led Moses on a journey of self-realization, and who according to Islamic lore, is thought to be alive in the present day.
I've also added a special guest in this painting. Someone who is also thought to be alive today.
